"We just want to be HAPPY"

I had a dinner date with my two bestfriends..We chat for three long hours....talking about our career, family and lovelife....We've been experiencing oppressions lately but we remain positive in our outlook towards life...we're still blessed since we know to value what we have though inadequate in some areas of our life....

We always say, "We just want to be happy." And we want to get what we want and insist on that no matter what it takes...we're focused on our own happiness...though we're very loving in nature, we get frustrated when our efforts were not reciprocated...is this love or obsession? And we've realized that we're self-centered in some of our ways...We're quite demanding in nature - makulit ever!!! and we love to reason out....as women as they say should learn to humbly submit or compromise..Indeed, ARIES women have strong personality, ambitious, passionate and stubborn in nature...

Whatever we've gone through, we've learned our lessons....to seek God first, and focus NOT on our small gods because will just fail...So thankful that after our girl's talk, we have gained wisdom through our shared experiences..."the only real failure is to quit" and we won't give up trying to love and live life better each day and to avoid committing same mistakes....No regrets but keep on moving forward...

For all the guys we've loved and hurt, WE'RE VERY SORRY!!! We're not perfect but we have just loved that much.....

Restoring my enthusiasm...

I've been working in a call center for almost five years, so experiencing "burnt out" is a normal thing. It's really a struggle, sometimes I have to drag myself into work. Honestly, I'm no longer happy with my job but still contemplating on the next career to pursue. For now, I have to give what is due to the company I work for and help myself to stay motivated.

These are the ways I adopted to restore my work enthusiasm:

1) Pray, Pray, Pray....
2) Read Self-Help Books
3) Appreciate the value of your work
4) Look outside
5) Find a hobby
6) Talk to a friend
7) Get feedback from your supervisor
8) Surround yourself with positive people

It's not easy but it's our vocation to become a better worker of God!

My Wonderful Godchildren....

Believe it or not, these four siblings are my godchildren! They are Patricia, Eeyah, Izza and Jed.

Honestly, when I'm bored with my single life, visiting my godchildren is an effective stress-reducer. Their hugs and kisses warm up my heart and make my day. Though no one has ever called me "Mommy," I'm still blessed to have godchildren who call me "Ninang" - their second mom.
